I eat at and review Balthazar in SoHo, of New York City. Balthazar is a very popular and famous French brasserie that’s been around since 1997. The restaurant is the product of restauranteur Keith McNally who is also responsible for a number of other well-known spots like Minetta Tavern and Pastis. Over the years, Balthazar has been notable for the celebrities it attracts as well as its infamous ban of James Corden. I had to find out if Balthazar’s French cuisine lived up to the hype, but unfortunately, it wasn’t perfect.
