It also includes a market analysis that covers customer demographics, a SWOT analysis, target market. Another component is the sales and marketing plan which includes the customer conversion and retention strategy, brand building etc. A competitive analysis is another key factor of the business plan shared to include product niche, what makes the company different, and the strengths, weaknesses, and edge of the business. A strong organizational structure is another component of an effective business plan that’s covered as well as the operational plan which is the cadence of day-to-day activities in the business. A financial plan is also a critical component of a business plan and this includes the revenue the profit, the return on investment, all expenses, a marketing budget, cash flow, capital that would be invested, the business break even point. Other components of a strong business plan includes the pitch deck, a one pager, and an actual launch plan.
