A topping of sugar-free dark chocolate mixed with milk completes the dessert, making it elegant and wholesome. With no added sugar, this cake will become a favorite treat for the whole family. Bake with love and enjoy it as part of self-care! 🌿✨ Prep Time: 20 minutes Baking Time: 35 minutes Total Time: ~55 minutes Servings: 6–8 slices Ingredients For the Batter: • 2 ripe bananas • 2 tbsp raisins • 2 tbsp cocoa powder • 2 eggs • 1 tsp baking powder • 1 cup (approximately 90 g) oats • 5 tbsp yogurt or sour cream • 1 apple • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds • 2 tbsp walnuts • 1 tsp cinnamon • Olive oil (for greasing the pan) For Decoration: • 80 g sugar-free dark chocolate • 3 tbsp hot milk • Walnuts (for topping) Instructions 1. Prepare the Bananas: Slice 2 ripe bananas into pieces and mash them into a puree (using a fork or blender). 2. Prepare the Raisins: Soak 2 tbsp raisins in cold water for 15 minutes, then drain. 3. Make the Batter: In a bowl, mix the banana puree with 2 tbsp cocoa powder. Add 2 eggs and 1 tsp baking powder, stirring well. Gradually add 1 cup oats and 5 tbsp yogurt, mixing thoroughly.
