We’re exploring multiple listings with specific criteria—a one-bedroom, a location on the Upper West Side, budget constraints, and amenities like laundry and a gym. Along the way, we’ve come across everything from sketchy lofts and unkept listings to luxurious Brooklyn apartments with over-the-top amenities.
