Venture beyond bustling Taipei, and you'll find a subtropical paradise dominated by jagged peaks soaring over 3000m, rising dramatically from the ocean. It's a landscape that screams cyclists' heaven. We've dreamed of exploring its endless, perfectly surfaced roads that snake upwards into the mountains and plunge down breathtaking descents. We set ourselves an audacious challenge: Ride the entire length of Taiwan from north to south. The mission: 700km with a staggering 14,000m+ of elevation gain, all packed into just THREE days.
