The Illusion of "Good" Characters

What does it really mean to be a good person? In this video, I delve into characters such as Griffith (Berserk), Thorfinn (Vinland Saga), Ken Kaneki (Tokyo Ghoul), Ymir, Armin and Annie (Attack on Titan), and Lelouch (Code Geass) to explore morality, the balance between selfishness and selflessness, and the concept of the “greater evil paradox.” We’ll examine how goals shape identity, how perspective influences what we consider “good,” and why even villains can be the heroes of their own story. I wish I could've given this video more time, as the concept could be stretched out so much more... I'm actually thinking of creating a part 2, but I'm not completely sure. This video essay is part analysis, part philosophy, but mostly personal reflection. Just my own thoughts, shaped into a creative project as a way to explore them more deeply and for me to make sense of them.
