While the timing of Ukraine's unprecedented drone attacks might seem to have been planned to coincide with the peace negotiations in Istanbul, Ukraine says the covert operation was months in the making. Kyiv says "Operation Spider's Web" damaged or destroyed more than 40 Russian warplanes.
