- Silicone fiberglass insulation cable sleeves are an insulation product made from a braided fiberglass material that is coated in silicone rubber. Designed to fit over wires and cables without needing the application of heat. Braided cable sleeves are generally used whenever wires or cables require additional protection to survive in harsh environments, especially at high temperatures. Also offers good resistance to abrasion to protect and guide cables or wires in difficult locations.
