Compatibility: Designed for the 1" 800M4 Series Pressure Vacuum Circuit Breaker (PVB) Backflow Preventer, our 0887718 retrofit kit converts your 800M4-QT to a freeze-resistant 800M4-FR model. Installation: -1 Shut off the supply pressure and drain the valve. -2 Remove the two hood screws and the hood. -3 Turn counterclockwise to remove the bonnet. -4 Remove the vent spring and vent assembly. -5 Reassemble in the reverse order utilizing the new parts from the repair kit. Package includes: Hood X1, Hood Screws X 2, Bonnet X 1, Bonnet O-Ring X 1, Vent Spring X 1, Vent Float Assembly X 1. Note: While the kit provides freeze resistance, remember to drain and winterize your device in freezing conditions
