Один из самых ближних пригородов Санкт-Петербурга, город Кудрово расположился в Заневском городском поселении Всеволожского района Ленинградской области. Находится он вплотную к восточной границе Санкт-Петербурга, внутри Кольцевой автодороги, в 2 км от станции метрополитена «Улица Дыбенко». В 2006 году в южной части деревни (у пересечения дорог: А118 КАД и М18 Мурманского шоссе) был открыт торгово-развлекательный центр «МЕГА-Дыбенко». И с этого момента началось осваивание этих земель разными застройщиками. Кто-то говорит, что это самое настоящее гетто, муравейник, убожество. И тем не менее Минстрой назвал Кудрово третьим самым комфортным городом России — после Москвы и Реутова, а также Кудрово занимает первую позицию среди городов Ленобласти. Давайте погуляем по городу, заглянем в только что сданный дом и сами составим свое мнение.
