I made a lovely Strawberry Cake using fresh strawberries and chocolate genoise. The layers are filled with soft condensed-milk whipped cream and lots of juicy strawberries. I finished the cake with a delicate pink glaze, giving it a soft and dreamy look. I used about 350g of strawberries from a 500g pack, and the pink glaze recipe is inspired by Cooking Tree.
