「家支援」社區紓緩治療應用程式，是香港大學李嘉誠醫學院臨床腫瘤科屬下的一個項目，旨在支援社區內的晚期癌症病人和其家庭。 取其諧音，「家支援」有「加」強「家」庭支援之意。「家支援」應用程式希望能支援癌症病人和家人在家照顧，為他們加添可用資源，讓他們以正面積極的心態來面對癌病。 「家支援」不但提供有關癌症資訊、紓緩治療和安寧服務的資料，以裝備患者和家人有足夠知識在家護理，註冊用戶更可記錄他們的症狀，並透過此應用程式與醫護人員聯絡。 經歷癌症旅程一點也不容易。讓我們在你身旁，支持你，為你加油打氣！ 此項目由中國銀行（香港）（「中銀香港」）全額資助，在此非常感謝中銀香港的慷慨支持。
