相信是香港人，都有從小到大吃過雲吞麵啦、柱候牛腩麵啦那樣的經歷，對不對？ 這次我跟大家分享的柱候牛腩，就是使用了麵店的專業配方和做法。。 大家是不是覺得很簡單？沒有想像中複雜？ 啊，原來燜煮是那么簡單？ 對啊，其實燜煮菜式，我個人認為是入門菜式，其實可以很簡單，只要注意當中技巧，在家一樣也能做出專業的味道！ 大家就來看看我如何把粉麵店的專業味道帶回家吧。。 00:00因為時間關系，一開始就烚牛腩30分鐘，留意加入香料的種類和做法 05:30烚蘿蔔，留意說明，記得是放冰糖哦，這時還是各有各分開處理的 07:21為了省時間，這時左右爐頭同時開火，右爐頭牛腩再燜煮30分鐘，左爐頭同時打醬 08:46開始打醬，這是最關健部份，做好了，你躺著也能把牛腩燜得好吃！留意各種魔鬼細節說明，這可是專業配方哦 15:20薑蒜終於炒好了，大家留意什么是乾身的效果，但這才是打醬打了一半時間！ 15:44加入磨豉醬和南乳和炒，再加入小量水加速兩者的融合 22:13歷經15分鐘，柱候醬終於炒好了，大家來看看效果是怎樣的！ 23:00收炒好的柱候醬加進牛腩鍋中，開始各種調味 26:33燜好牛腩後，加入蘿蔔、唐芹，完成体終於出來了，大家覺得效果如何？ 28:35成品展示和總結 #專業麵店配方 #在家抗疫好味道 #燜朱腩其實好簡單 #新手都很容易成功
