【東張西望】港婦慘被惡鄰潑糞水恐嚇 求救無門反被建議調遷 《東張》收到苦主報料，稱自己同女兒喺觀塘一屋邨居住六年，本來同鄰居關係唔錯，但喺今年三月底，佢哋一家突然遭人拍門，話佢哋產生聲音滋擾到樓下，即使兩人解釋唔關佢哋事都聽唔入耳，仲揚言恐嚇佢哋。 此後佢哋一家接連遭人拍門、敲打牆壁、關水掣及煤氣掣等滋擾，甚至仲變裝戴面具向門口淋糞水！ 苦主一家為自保裝上閉路電視，雖然滋擾者故意遮掩，但從蛛絲馬跡中可確認係樓下單位嘅一名男士。但因為事件不涉及刑事成分，警方拒不受理。 《東張》攝製隊就事件去樓下向相關事主對話，但佢不僅理直氣壯地否認指控，更反指苦主得罪人多先被滋擾。而事實上喺攝製隊訪問苦主期間就有出現噪音，疑似從上層傳嚟，但苦主解釋呢層就係頂樓，佢哋都唔知噪音喺邊度嚟，卻被樓下一口咬定係佢哋發出。 苦主亦多向屋邨辦事處投訴，但都未得到正面回應，而屋邨辦事處回覆查詢時表示，佢哋接到投訴後已經加強巡查和調查，亦冇發現苦主單位有發出噪音，但樓下租戶堅持係樓上發出噪音，而樓上因未能確認滋擾者身份，租務處也無法處理。 屋邨辦事處亦表示可以酌情幫苦主調遷，雖然苦主一度對此表示無法接受，但面對持續嘅滋擾，苦主最終都係決定申請調遷。雖然苦主因此得到安寧，但一日滋擾同噪音問題未解決，下一位租戶可能都會再次面對類似嘅情況。 #東張西望 #TVB #觀塘 #滋擾 #調遷 #社會 #民生 #時事 東張西望為你直擊香港民生時事：https://bit.ly/35Ba1zK 想免費睇番呢集嘅精彩內容？登入myTV SUPER免費點播最近7日TVB自製節目：https://su.tvb.com/q/eAHttNqm
