《東張西望》報道的債務舒緩的騙案，涉事律師事務所，前職員「李先生」爆料，專門處理行內所講的「邪檔嘢」：破產、債務舒緩、幫財務公司簽借貸合約、以及協助辦永久離港證明拿取強積金，更將以往呃人的財務中介轉為律師樓文員，在律師會有辦理登記，但這批中介永遠不會出現於律師樓。 涉事苦主在付款後沒有單據！沒有文件！律師事務所方面回答完全沒有收過錢，咁完全沒有相關債務舒緩的委托；更加離譜的是不承認有這樣的職員。 涉事律師事務所客戶服務陳經理回應：「如果有證據歡迎佢哋報警，唔係吓吓報《東張西望》就話係騙案！」與此同時堅稱無可能帶客戶到二線財務公司借錢。更揚言有害群之馬冒認他們的律師樓。
