『簡單高麗菜料理』輕鬆無油煙、一鍋到底 高麗菜豬肉冬粉煲！一入口就停不下來的美味！ 『蘿潔塔的廚房』疊煮高麗菜豬肉冬粉煲 準備材料： 高麗菜 約 300～350克 五花肉片 250克 有機冬粉 1 把 中小型洋蔥 一小顆 青蔥 1~2株 醃漬豬肉的醬料： 鹽 一小撮 糖一小匙（約3克） 白胡椒粉 一小匙 醬油15ml 清酒 15ml 蠔油 10ml(不配飯 可以用5ml即可） 韓式辣醬 10克（喜歡辣一點可以更多） 蒜泥12克 芝麻油 適量(約10ml) 水 150~180ml ‼️韓式辣醬也可以用辣豆瓣醬替代，不過要注意調整鹹味 製作步驟： 1.將豬五花肉片切成短一點的長度以方便入口。把醃漬材料都放入盆中，與豬肉片混合抓揉均勻醃漬入味，接著移到冰箱靜置15分鐘。 2.把冬粉用水浸泡一陣子，放一旁泡軟備用。 3.將高麗菜的梗先去除掉，並且切成小段，以方便入口。高麗菜葉切成大方塊狀。蔥切成段狀、洋蔥切成粗絲。 4.把浸泡開來的冬粉放入鍋子，接著放入高麗菜梗、洋蔥絲跟一部分的蔥段，疊上高麗菜葉，再放上剩餘的蔥段，撒上一點胡椒調味。加入150~180ml的冷水。 5.最後放入醃漬好的豬肉片，確實的鋪平在最上層，避免蒸好的豬肉片全部都黏在一起。 6.蓋上鍋蓋，開中火煮滾，看到鍋蓋上的氣孔開始冒出蒸汽，火轉小一點點，繼續蒸煮5分鐘，直到肉片看起來約有7分熟的狀態。 7.開蓋後充分的拌勻，讓鍋底的湯汁稍微收汁一點。起鍋後，撒上一點蔥花裝飾，美味的料理就完成啦～ ‼️不想要加入冬粉的朋友，可以試試這道無水高麗菜豬五花的做法～ 五分鐘無水料理：世界簡單！清爽不油膩！ https://youtu.be/gNk2LiLZ9r8 ★喜歡我創作的料理影片嗎？不要忘了訂閱我的頻道喔～ https://www.youtube.com/@RosalinaKitchen 追蹤我的Instgram: https://www.instagram.com/rosalina.kitchen/ 追蹤我的Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rosalinakitchen/
