⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 肉粒游泳池（粟米肉粒）： 材料： 粟米2支 淋瘦肉500克 調味料： 鮑魚汁1湯匙 鮮奶100毫升 麪粉1湯匙 檸檬葉3片（或芫荽或蔥） 牛油10克 鹽少許 處理： 1. 瘦肉洗淨，索乾，切粒。 2. 用少許鹽醃瘦肉15分鐘。 3. 檸檬葉切碎粒。 4. 粟米洗淨，起出粟米粒，一支粟米保持原粒，另一支粟米粒加入200毫升水，攪碎做粟米蓉。 烹調： 1. 落牛油在鑊中細火煮溶。 2. 轉大火，放肉粒。 3. 加入粟米粒。 4. 噴幾下油。 5. 熄火，落麪粉兜勻。 6. 開大火，加入粟米蓉及雞湯（或用鮑魚汁加200毫升水），煮滾，收中慢火，加入忌亷（或鮮奶）。 7. 最後，加入少量鹽，煮滾，完成。 Pork cubes with sweet corn in cream style: Ingredients: Sweet corn 2 Nos. Lean meat 500g Seasoning: Abalone sauce 1 tbsp Fresh milk 100ml Flour 1 tbsp Lemon leaf 3 slices (or coriander or green onion) Butter 10g Salt a pinch Preparation: 1. Rinse lean meat, dry and dice. 2. Season meat with a pinch of salt for 15 minutes. 3. Dice lemon leaves. 4. Rinse sweet corns, and get sweet corn cubes. Half to be retained the corn cubes and half to be made in cream style by blending with 200ml of water. Steps: 1. Melt butter at low flame in wok. 2. Turn to high flame, put pork cubes. 3. Add sweet corns into wok. 4. Spray few drops of oil on pork. 5. Turn off fire, put flour and stir well. 6. Turn to high flame, boil up cream corn and chicken broth (or maybe use abalone sauce mix with 200ml water). Turn to medium~low flame when boils up. Add cream (or fresh milk). 7. Finally, boil up with little salt. Complete. Serve.
