Lumbar Stenosis is the condition where the spinal canal of the lumbar becomes small and impinges on the spinal cord. People with Lumbar Stenosis will complain about pain with walking, standing up from seated, pain that radiates to both legs, and it's better with sitting. There are a few reasons for lumbar stenosis, but in general, if you are over 55 years old with previous low back pain issues, you are more likely to encounter this problem. As for treatment, usually, physiotherapy and chiropractic plus stretching exercises are adequate for 90% of the cases. Dr. Joe demonstrated 7 effective exercises for Lumbar stenosis.
