[自家晒陳皮] 材料： 新會微紅柑一箱 (15公斤) 1. 將新會柑的表皮抹乾淨 2. 將柑皮鎅開為三等份 3. 慢慢將柑皮和果肉分開 4. 將果瓤內的蒂鎅走 然後放在陰涼處2-3小時 5. 2-3小時後 慢慢將柑皮反起 6. 將柑皮放入晾曬網內在太陽下晾曬3天 7. 將晒完第一次的柑皮 放到蒸鍋中隔水蒸30分鐘 8. 30分鐘之後 將柑皮取出 放入晾曬網內 曬乾 9. 經過三蒸三曬後 便可以把全乾了的柑皮放入密實罐裏 10. 一般存放四至五年就可以開始食用 但時間越長，功效及味道會越好 [Dried Tangerine Peel] Ingredients: A box of Xinhui Tangerine (15kg) 1.
