⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蓮藕淮山腰果栗子素湯 材料： 蓮藕一斤 淮山一支（約12兩） 栗子（已去殼）8粒 腰果3兩 紅蘿蔔一個（約半斤） 紅棗5粒 陳皮一角 處理： 1. 栗子、腰果及陳皮，暖水浸，浸一小時或以上。 2. 紅棗，去核，清水浸。 3. 紅蘿蔔，清水洗乾淨，去皮。 4. 淮山，清水洗乾淨，去皮。 5. 蓮藕，清水洗乾淨表皮，去皮，清水洗乾淨。 6. 洗乾淨煲。 7. 栗子、腰果及陳皮，清水沖洗乾淨，擎乾水，放煲內。 8. 紅棗，清水洗乾淨，打直一開二，放煲內。 9. 紅蘿蔔，切細舊，放煲內。 10. 淮山，一開四，放煲內。 11. 蓮藕，打直一開四，清水洗乾淨，切一舊舊，放煲內。 12. 加入清水至4升半。 烹調： 1. 大火煲滾。 2. 轉中火，煲75分鐘或以上。 3. 煲好，熄火，焗1小時以上。 4. 完成，可享用。 Cashew and chestnuts soup with lotus root and fresh yam Ingredients: Lotus root 1 catty Fresh yam 1 log (about 12 taels) Chestnuts (shells removed) 8 Nos. Divide each into 2 shares vertically. Put in the pot. 9. The carrot, cut in small pieces. Put in the pot. 10. The yam, divide it into 4 shares. Put in the pot. 11. The lotus root, divide it into 4 shares vertically. Rinse thoroughly. Cut in pieces. Put in the pot. 12. Add in water up to the volume of 4L. Steps: 1. Heat up at high flame. 2. Turn to medium flame, boil for 75 minutes or more. 3. Finish. Turn off fire. Leave it for an hour or more. 4. Complete.
