學禪，看似單一，事實上學禪就等於學了一切，也就是「知道了一就等於知道了一切」。一是什麼？一就是我們的心；一切是什麼？所有的呈現都是心的一切。心就像是一把鑰匙，沒有這把鑰匙，我們也就無法了知生命與宇宙之間的關係。現在的科技也證實了心念是創造物質存在的關鍵，從量子力學來看，我們的心一動念就有重量，也就會產生物質；心如果不動、不起念，也就沒有重量。所以，如何讓我們的心不起、不落，專注就很重要，禪修就是要專注，專注時心念就不會起起落落、好好壞壞。
