用饭煲就能轻松煮出一锅香喷喷的冬菇鸡饭!鸡肉鲜嫩、冬菇入味,简单又好吃,是快速搞定一餐的好选择~ 🍲 冬菇鸡煲饭的材料 Ingredients: - 1杯米(约300克左右)1 cup of rice(about 300g+—) - 两个大鸡腿(约550克左右)2 large chicken legs(about 550g+—) - 三朵花菇(3 dried flower shiitake mushrooms) - 4个蚝豉(4 dried oysters) - 1条半的腊肠(1 and a half Chinese sausages) - 1小块姜(a small piece of ginger) - 3瓣蒜米(3 cloves of garlic) - 6-8粒葱头仔(6-8 shallots / small red onions) 腌制料 Marinade Ingredients : - 一汤匙绍兴酒(1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine) - 半汤匙盐(1/2 tablespoon salt) 🧂 调味料 Seasonings : - 一汤匙蚝油(1 tablespoon oyster sauce) -一汤匙酱油(1 tablespoon soy sauce) - 半汤匙糖(1/2 tablespoon sugar) - 适量的黑酱油(some dark soy sauce)
