今日は、溶かしバターで作るチーズクッキーをご紹介します。 粉チーズをたっぷりと加えて、溶かしバターで風味もさらに良いクッキーに焼き上がります。 塩気の効いたクッキーもとっても美味しいです、お店のものに負けない美味しさ＾＾ バレンタインもおススメです♡ レシピは下にあります↓★English recipe is below★ このたび、扶桑社さんより、お料理のレシピ本を出版させて頂くことになりました。 今回、Amazonで予約いただいた方に、特典としてお料理1品とバレンタインにも役立つ、ミニガトーショコラのレシピをプレゼント致します。 ぜひご予約いただき、特典もご活用下さい! 「しみじみ美味しいふたりごはん」発売日2/3(月)予定 タイトル通りしみじみ美味しいが詰まった料理本になっています＾＾ Amazonのご予約はこちらから↓ https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/4594099327 ==== 【材料】20枚(直径47mm抜型使用) 溶かしバター(有塩) 40g 牛乳 20g 海塩　小さじ1/4 きび砂糖 25g 粉チーズ　20g 薄力粉　120g 【作り方】 準備 バターは電子レンジか湯せんで溶かしておく。 ①ボウルに溶かしバター、牛乳、塩、砂糖を加えてよく混ぜる。 ②粉チーズを加え、ふるった薄力粉を加えて切るように混ぜる。 ③生地がぽろぽろになったら、ラップの上に生地をうつし、ラップを使って重ねて折り込むようにして生地をまとめる。 ④生地がひとかたまりなったら、上からラップを被せて、麺棒で3mmの厚さに生地を伸ばす。 ⑤型抜きしやすくするために、冷蔵庫で10分冷やす。 ⑥型で抜き、残った生地はまとひとまとめにして、抜く。 抜いた生地は、室温に出しておくとダレるので、冷蔵庫に入れておく。 ⑦オーブンを170℃に予熱する。 抜いたクッキーをオーブンシートを敷いた天板に並べる。 ⑧170℃に温まったオーブンで、18分焼く。 お砂糖がすくなめなので、焼き色がつきにくいですが、縁に少し焼き色がつくくらいに焼きあげてください。 焼成後は、網の上で冷まし、完全に冷めたら湿気ないようポリ袋かタッパーに保存します。 ーーー 【Ingredients】20 pieces 40g Salted butter,melted 20g Milk 1/4 tsp Salt 25g Sugar 20g Grated cheese 120g Flour 【Directions】 Preparation: Melt the butter using a microwave or a double boiler. ①In a bowl, mix the melted butter, milk, salt, and sugar thoroughly. ②Add the cheese, then sift in the flour, mixing gently to avoid overworking the dough. ③Once the dough becomes crumbly, transfer it onto plastic wrap. Use the wrap to fold and press the dough together until it forms a cohesive mass. ④When the dough comes together, cover it with plastic wrap and roll it out to a thickness of 3mm using a rolling pin. ⑤Chill the dough in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to make it easier to cut. ⑥Cut out the dough using a round cookie cutter. Gather and re-roll the leftover dough to cut out more cookies. Keep the cut-out dough in the refrigerator to prevent it from softening at room temperature. ⑦Preheat the oven to 170°C (338°F). Arrange the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. ⑧Bake in the oven for 18 minutes. Since the sugar content is low, the cookies won’t brown easily, so aim for a slight golden color around the edges. After baking, cool the cookies on a wire rack. Once completely cooled, store them in an airtight container to keep them crisp.
