On Morning Joe,  Attorneys General Dan Rayfield (D-Oregon) and Kris Mayes (D-Arizona) discuss leading the lawsuit that resulted in a federal court striking down key Trump-era tariffs.  Rayfield says the tariffs would have cost households $3,800 and bypassed legal safeguards.
