In this full tour, Theo shares the intentional design choices behind his small space living setup, from the specialized C-shaped kitchen to the custom-built gaming area and multi-functional furniture. Tiny House Design and Layout Built by Ethical Tiny Homes, this residence measures 30 feet long by 8.5 feet wide, hitting the legal road height limit of 14 feet. The interior layout was driven by three non-negotiables: a C-shaped kitchen, a rotating hosting counter, and a full-sized bathtub. The home features a beautiful n-parquet hardwood floor made from Philippine hardwood, honoring Theo’s family heritage, and a "halo" of light created by strategically placed windows and skylights. The Efficient C-Shaped Kitchen Designed for maximum workflow, the kitchen features: 22-inch deep counters to maximize floor space. Induction cooktop for fast, fire-safe, and heat-efficient cooking. Retro Gallanz fridge in vibrant red, tucked perfectly under the stairs. Convection oven capable of baking full pies and casseroles. Habitat for Humanity sink find and a custom tea and spice rack for wild-harvested ingredients. Versatile Living and Gaming Space As a content creator and editor, Theo’s tiny house office is built for productivity. The living area includes: Custom modular couch that transforms into stools, a daybed, or a diner booth. Dual-monitor gaming setup on adjustable arms for work and play. Movable breakfast bar that slides along a picture window or extends to seat six people. Bathroom and Sleeping Lofts The bathroom prioritizes relaxation with a full bathtub and a magnetic showerhead with tropical mist settings. The master loft fits a queen-sized bed with enough head clearance to sit up comfortably, while the "Nest" (secondary loft) provides guest space and a perfect view for bird watching through the upper windows. Sustainability and Off-Grid Features Climate Control: R30 foam insulation, a heat pump, and a wood-burning stove for emergencies. Composting Toilet: An eco-friendly choice for sustainable living.
