From getting bogged on the soft‑sand entry with the caravan in tow, to inching our way out with a stack of TRED boards (and a very patient good Samaritan), the adventure started early. Once we finally made it onto the beach, that feeling hit us — the freedom of driving beside the ocean with your whole home rolling behind you. It had been a while since we’d done a proper beach run, and we soaked up every minute of it. We were up the next morning for the Surfriders Association annual beach clean‑up, doing our bit to help look after this incredible coastline. It’s a small contribution in the grand scheme of things, but getting the kids involved and seeing so many people pitch in really drives home why days like this matter. Back at camp, we joined a Welcome to Country, tallied up the staggering amount of rubbish collected, shared a feed, and settled into a chilled afternoon with good tunes and even better company. And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, a few humpbacks and their calves cruised past offshore to put on a show. This was our final video for 2025, and we just want to say a massive thank you for being part of this journey. Your support means the world to us.
