ABANDONED and VANDALIZED Property gets Makeover | Extreme Overgrown Lawn Transformation

Welcome to Biglin Lawn Care! Today's transformation is the biggest property I've done so far! According to the neighbors it has been abandoned for over 15 years and has been vandalized multiple times. I'm cleaning up this property to deter anyone from vandalizing this property any further and to attract future potential buyers. First I removed all of the wasps nests, then I started removing the overgrowth and vines off of the house. There was a large amount of dead branches to be removed as well that were left behind by the previous person who did some trimming. Then I mowed the lawn. The property is 5.7 acres, but the backyard is uncleared woods, so I just mowed the front 3 acres. Lastly, I painted the graffiti on the front of the house and removed the dirt and overgrowth from the pavement next to the house. This job took me four days and three trips to the landfill to complete, but the finished product looked amazing!
