Sen. Ronald dela Rosa confirmed Wednesday (June 4) that one of three draft resolutions seeking to dismiss the impeachment articles against Vice President Sara Duterte was his. Dela Rosa said the drafts could be combined to come up with the best version. He said he hoped to file it in the coming days. Several lawmakers have argued it would be “unconstitutional” if the Senate dismisses the impeachment complaint filed by the House of Representatives against Duterte through a resolution, without holding a trial.
