This recipe is really easy and super tasty that you will make it again and again with just 6 ingredients! 杏仁瓦片饼- 薄脆酥香, 做法简单又高级。薄，脆，酥，香，好吃到停不下来的小零食，是我下午茶的首选小甜点之一。香酥杏仁瓦片，薄脆美味，做法非常简单，无需任何烘培技巧，新手小白也能一次成功，零失败哦。 Ingredients: Egg White 1 oz (around 1oz or 30g) Cake Flour(Low Gluten Flour) 1/2 oz (or 15g) Sugar Powder 1/2 oz (or 15g) Unsalted Butter 1/2 oz (or 15g) Salt a pinch Sliced Almonds 1/2 Cup 材料： 蛋清 1oz（约 1oz 或 30g） 蛋糕粉(低筋面粉) 1/2oz (或 15g) 糖粉 1/2oz (或 15g) 无盐黄油(牛油) 1/2oz (或 15g) 盐 少许 杏仁片 1/2 Cup Instructions: 1. Crack an egg, separate the yolk, only use the egg white. 2. Add powder sugar(dissolve much easier) & salt into the egg white, then stir well. 3. Sifting cake flour into the egg mixture & stir well. 4. Add melted butter to the egg mixture, stir well for completion, then set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes. 5. Placing the parchment paper in the baking tray. 6. Use a spoon to drizzle some batter. Use the bottom of the spoon to spread it in a circular motion. The size does not need to be perfect, it is better to spread the batter thinly so that it is more crispy. 7. Place sliced almonds on top of the batter. 8.
