Crush the butter with your fingers and mix it with the flour to form a powder. Add cold milk and make the dough hold together. Roll out the dough and wrap the butter. Cut the dough in two and stack. Repeat the process of cutting the dough into 3 pieces twice. Roll out the dough to 16cm x 10cm and chill it in the refrigerator. Cut off the edge of the dough and cut it into 6 equal pieces.
