AI真的只是在辅助程序员，还是已经开始杀死最基础的软件岗位了？这期视频，我们聊OpenAI前工程师、微软和Meta前高级领导菲利普·苏提出的一个极具冲击力的判断，AI正在杀死个人贡献者。过去的软件工程师，核心价值是自己写代码、自己调试、自己解决技术问题。但在新一代AI编程工具出现之后，这种工作模式正在快速失效。Claude Code、Codex、Opus等工具，已经不再只是补全代码，而是能并行处理多个文件、独立完成相当规模的软件开发任务。越来越多开发者的工作，正在从亲自写代码，转向“同时管理多个AI Agent，负责排优先级、做设计取舍、判断方案优劣。换句话说，传统意义上的个人贡献者，正在被改造成 AI 的管理者。更激进的是，菲利普认为，未来人类亲手修改代码，甚至可能会被视为质量风险。因为AI代码审查、AI代码生成、AI自动修复的质量，一旦跨过某个阈值，企业会更愿意采购“没有不合格人类碰过的代码服务。到那时，人类介入，反而会被当成不稳定因素。但这期内容真正值得深想的，不只是程序员的命运，而是整个AI时代的职业重构。AI会替代普通人，却未必立刻替代顶级人才；AI会提升效率，却不一定缩短工时；AI会压低执行门槛，却会抬高原创、判断、共情和适应变化的价值。未来十年，我们可能不再做一份工作干到退休，而是不断切换职业、不断重建自己的稀缺性。如果说过去的职场竞争，拼的是执行力，那么AI时代真正要拼的，可能是你能不能在变化里持续升级自己。拒绝变化，也许才是这个时代唯一确定错误的选择。 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HLxA1Gh-x3g
