قیرریزی سرک کابل–لوگر با نزدیک‌شدن فصل سرما با سرعت ادامه دارد با نزدیک‌شدن فصل سرما، کار قیرریزی سرک کابل–لوگر به‌گونهٔ فشرده ادامه دارد. هم‌اکنون قیرریزی یک کیلومتر دیگر از بخش نخست این سرک، پس از تکمیل زیرساخت‌ها و بدنهٔ خاکی، با پیشرفت قابل ملاحظه در حال نهایی‌شدن است. مسوولان در شاروالی کابل می‌گویند که تاکنون سه کیلومتر از این مسیر در سه خط قبلاً قیرریزی شده و اکنون قیرریزی یک کیلومتر دیگر در دو خط جریان دارد که به‌زودی به‌طور کامل به پایان خواهد رسید. به‌گفتهٔ آنان، کار روی سایر بخش‌های این پروژه مهم زیربنایی نیز با سرعت ادامه دارد. بخش نخست سرک کابل–لوگر از منار نجات تا ساحهٔ چرخ‌آب امتداد داشته و دارای ۷ کیلومتر طول و ۶۰ متر عرض می‌باشد. در چارچوب این پروژه، تأسیسات مهمی از جمله کانال بزرگ مستان، پلچک‌ها، آبروها، پیاده‌روها، گلدان‌های کنار سرک، سیستم تنویر و سایر اجزای یک سرک معیاری در حال ساخت است. سرک کابل–لوگر از پروژه‌های مهم زیربنایی در زون جنوب شهر کابل به‌شمار می‌رود که با تکمیل آن، سهولت‌های ترانسپورتی و بهبود رفت‌وآمد شهروندان به‌گونهٔ چشم‌گیر افزایش خواهد یافت As the winter season approaches, asphalt paving work on the Kabul–Logar Road is continuing at a rapid pace. Currently, asphalt paving of another one kilometer of the first section of this road—after the completion of infrastructure and earthworks—is nearing completion with significant progress. Officials at Kabul Municipality state that so far, three kilometers of this route have previously been asphalted with three lanes, and now the paving of another one kilometer with two lanes is underway and will soon be fully completed. According to them, work on other sections of this important infrastructure project is also progressing swiftly. The first section of the Kabul–Logar Road extends from Minar-e-Nijat to the Charkh-e-Ab area, with a length of 7 kilometers and a width of 60 meters. As part of this project, important facilities such as the large Mastan Canal, culverts, waterways, sidewalks, roadside planters, lighting systems, and other components of a standard road are under construction. The Kabul–Logar Road is considered one of the most important infrastructure projects in the southern zone of Kabul city.
