The cool thing about amulets is some will give such great effects to the character that you pretty much don't take it off from the moment you get it. There are a lot of really great items in this game. And I think one of the best items in total comes from this accessory slot with the amulet of greater health. BG3 isn't a hard game but some of these can really compliment your builds.
