As a fellow FEAT appreciator, sometimes we can't wait hours. So I worked out a EASY and GLITCHLESS route to get dat Lv1 to Lv4. There's no out of bounds or anything so nothing should ever be patched. I've avoided any choices that involves picking a side permanently so you can just reload to do your good / evil playthroughs. I'm sure it could be optimised to not use the chicken chase but the drawback is that you don't get to chase the chicken 🐔.
