It is a tart that looks very beautiful just by arranging bananas 🌟 #デザート#タルト#tart ▶よくある質問 https://www.moriricca.com/faq/ ▶オーブン：アイリスオーヤマ コンベクションオーブンFVC-D15B-S（オーヤマくん） 👇1万円以下で買えるオーブン、オススメです。 https://www.moriricca.com/693/ ▶使っている基本の道具についてまとめています。 https://www.moriricca.com/1213/ ▶使っている型についてまとめています。 https://www.moriricca.com/1304/ ▶使っている材料たち。 https://www.moriricca.com/1434/ ▶Blog：レシピを文章で投稿しています。 https://www.moriricca.com/ ▶Twitter https://twitter.com/mori_ricca/ ▶Instagram https://www.instagram.com/mori_ricca/ ■材料（直径18cmのタルト型1台分） 〈タルト生地〉 無塩バター　80g 砂糖　30g 塩　1g 全卵　12g 薄力粉　100g アーモンドパウダー　10g 〈アーモンドクリーム〉 無塩バター　50g 砂糖　38g 全卵　36g アーモンドパウダー　50g 〈キャラメルクリーム〉 水　20ml 砂糖　60g 生クリーム　40ml ■作り方 工程が多いので、上から順にやってみよう♪ ・下準備 バターは室温に戻しておく。 卵は溶いておく。 ・タルト生地 １．柔らかくなったバターをボウルに入れ、泡立て器で混ぜる。 ２．砂糖と塩を加えて泡立て器ですり混ぜる。 ３．溶いた卵を２〜３回に分けて加え、その都度なめらかになるまですり混ぜる。 ４．薄力粉とアーモンドパウダーをふるって入れる。 ５．カードやゴムベラで切り混ぜてまとめていく。 ６．まとまったら、ラップに包んで２時間冷蔵庫で休ませる。 ・アーモンドクリーム １．柔らかくなったバターをボウルに入れ、泡立て器で混ぜる。 ２．砂糖を加えて泡立て器ですり混ぜる。 ３．ほぐしておいた卵を1/3加えてすり混ぜる。 ４．アーモンドパウダーを1/3加えてすり混ぜる。 ５．工程３と４を繰り返して、クリームの出来上がり。 ・タルト台を作る １．タルト生地を１cmくらいの厚さに包丁で切る。 ２．打ち粉（強力粉）をふった台に生地を置き、型の大きさに綿棒で伸ばす。 ３．型に敷いたら、フォークで空気穴を開ける。 ４．カラメルソースを作る間、冷蔵庫で休ませておく。 ※タルト生地は柔らかくなると扱うのが大変なので、なるべく手早くやりましょう！ ※打ち粉はたくさんふった方が、くっつかなくてスムーズにできます。 ・キャラメルクリーム １．生クリームを沸騰直前まで温めておく。 ２．鍋に水と砂糖を入れて中火にかけ、茶色に色づくまで煮詰め、火を止める。 ３．温めておいた生クリームを少しずつ加え、その都度よく混ぜる。 ４．冷めるまで待つ。 ・タルト台に材料を入れて焼く １．バナナを4〜5mmの厚さにスライスしておく。 ２．タルト台にキャラメルクリームを流し入れてならす。 ３．絞り袋にアーモンドクリームを入れて渦巻状に絞り出す。 　　バナナを乗せるので、きれいにできなくても大丈夫♪ ４．オーブンを170℃に予熱する。 ５．バナナを並べる。 ６．170℃のオーブンで50〜60分焼く。 ７．型に入れたまま冷まし、冷めたら型からはずす。 ８．仕上げに茶こしで粉糖をふって出来上がり♪ ------------------------------------------------- ■Ingredients(For one tart type with a diameter of 18 cm) ・Tart dough 80g unsalted butter 30g sugar 1g salt 12g Whole egg 100g Soft flour 10g Almond powder ・Almond cream 50g unsalted butter 38g sugar 36g Whole egg 50g Almond powder ・Caramel cream 20ml waterZ 60g sugar 40ml fresh cream ■Directions Since there are many processes, let's try from the top ♪ ・Preparation Let the butter warm to room temperature.
