The Swiss Alps 100 is truly a bucket list race, but the route is also extremely challenging and the summer heat in the Swiss Alps shouldn't be underestimated. I ran the race in August of 2024 with support from Audrée, as both a Hardrock 100 and Western States qualifier, as well as a preferred qualifier for the Badwater 135. And it proved to be one of the most beautiful but difficult 100 mile races I've ever run.
