The machine in our workshop had a warped inner drum that was rubbing against the door seal, leaving residue on clothes. Unfortunately, this machine is a prime example of built-in obsolescence. The drum is welded or sealed, meaning you can't split it to replace the bearings or spider. A replacement drum assembly would cost more than a new machine! So, before I dismantle this machine for perfectly good spare parts, I'm going to show you everything you need to know about its diagnostic system.
