Add tomatoes and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes. Add egg, salt and pepper and cook egg without scattering. Crumble white cheese and serve. TUESDAY: SMOOTHIE 2 tablespoons Oats ½ cup Milk 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries 1 frozen banana Blend and serve cold. WEDNESDAY: AVOCADO TOAST 1 slice toasted Sourdough Bread ½ avocado 1 tablespoon Olive Oil Salt, Black Pepper 1 drop Lemon Juice 1 Poached Egg 1 tablespoon Pickled Red Onion Add avocado slices on sourdough bread. Add olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Add poached egg and pickled red onion and serve. THURSDAY: CHIA PUDDING 3 tablespoons Chia 1 teaspoon Milk 1 tablespoon Cocoa 1 teaspoon Honey 1 tablespoon Peanut Butter Mix chia, milk, cocoa and honey. Leave in the fridge for 1 night. Garnish with peanut butter and serve. FRIDAY: POACHED EGG/ TURKISH CILBIR 2 eggs 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice 3/4 cup Yogurt 1 clove Garlic Salt 2 spoonful butter 1 teaspoon Paprika Crack eggs separately into a strainer and pour watery part into a bowl. Drip lemon juice on the white part. Boil water and transfer it on low heat, when the bubbles are gone, create a swirl and gently drop the egg into the water. When egg is cooked around, gently remove it from the water. (2.5 min) Whisk yogurt, crushed garlic and salt. Heat butter, add paprika and heat oil. Add yogurt in a bowl, add Poached egg to it.
