For reasons you'll see in a future video, I sloped the roof on the stone chicken coop towards the outdoor run, but with the heavy snowfall we receive each winter, the snow load would crush the roof trusses and wire screening on the top of the run. To overcome this, I built a heavy duty breezeway between the henhouse and the run and now the chickens have decided that's their favorite place to hang out.
