In this video I design and build a one-of-a-kind stand-mount using our CSS SDX10 subwoofer in a two-way with a 1" tweeter in a 10" waveguide—wrapped in denim + epoxy, walnut, and brass. You’ll see cabinet planning for a bookshelf speaker that can play below 20 Hz (1.65 ft³ with passive radiator tuning ~17 Hz), MDF core with constrained-layer damping, bracing strategy, denim/epoxy laminations, metal finishing, custom angled stands, and full measurement/modeling including polars, DI, and a rare passive 8th-order acoustic crossover.
