Welcome back everyone! It has been quite a while since I posted a video, but I am excided for today's video because it is a big transformation! After speaking to the neighbor's I got a lot of information on the property. The owner was renting it, but the tenants were terrible. They caused damage, never maintained the lawn, and left debris/trash everywhere. They finally got kicked out about a year ago for not paying rent. Unfortunately, the owner hasn't touched the property since. With the property being so overgrown, teenagers in the area have been breaking into the house and shed to do drugs and throw parties. The cops and the city have been notified of the issue but nothing really has been done. After hearing this information I knew I wanted this property to be my next transformation. Hopefully with the overgrowth and trash removed, it will deter anyone from breaking in and maybe even motivate the owner to work on the property again. This was a big job that took multiple days to finish. I ended up removing two of the biggest pepper trees I have ever seen. While I was working on the property, people kept stopping by to ask if the property was for sale. With that being said I think the owner would have no difficulty selling the property, considering how many interested buyers there are just in the neighborhood alone.
