Investigators in Ohio have an odd mystery on their hands. They need to find out who this person is, why he broke into a store wearing what appears to be a cape, and why he only seemed to take women's underwear. The Scioto County Sheriff says it happened at a Dollar General store in West Portsmouth. The store manager called 911 shortly before 7 a.m. saying the glass on the front door had been smashed.
