Video Description

Using my Redman traveling head shaper to deepen the keyway in a large flat belt pulley. I also needed to make a slotting tool for the job - this was forged, to keep things as historically appropriate as practical! Link to the fantastic video by @Rustinox explaining shaper speeds and generating the speed chart. - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sBKe7cW6OHc Thank you for watching!
