Today's practice will help you develop your intuition and ability to manifest your vision by balancing your Third Eye Chakra. William Shakespeare said, โ€œThe eyes are the gateway to the soul.โ€ The third eye chakra is all about wisdom and intuition. After moving through purification at the throat, your energy moves into your inner consciousness. Here is the light of consciousness and when in focus, allows you to see clearly. We function best when the chakras are open and in balance. Each of the meditation practices in this series can help you open and balance the chakras individually so your energy system can move more efficiently as a whole. The ability to heal and balance the chakras takes time and with repeated practice has the potential for transformation.
