Doc Translator by Google and Translating Large PDF Documents with Images In this video, we will be looking at Doc Translator by Google and how to translate large pdf files. I will demonstrate two examples one is a well-written PDF novel and the other is an old and Large pdf document created by compiling images instead of written text. We will first look into some of the limitations of the free online doc translator by Google and then I will suggest a method of translating large PDF files. Normally when you translate a pdf, there are three steps, and when you translate a large pdf there are two more steps. So the steps for translating a small pdf are Open with Google docs Translate Document Save as PDF Because we want the result in a pdf file which is considered the best file format for important documents. Now when we have a large pdf such as a book or a thesis, that we want to translate, there are two important issues The number of pages which google docs is able to extract as a google document for example if you have a 800 pages book, google docs might extract only 100 out of them The second issue is that the doc translator might only translate even less than those 100 pages extracted by google docs We will look into the limitations of Google Doc translator and the workaround to solve these two issues when translating large pdf file.
