They range from superheroes like Superman from DC Comics, Invincible or Omni Man from Invincible, Goku from Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z, Dragon Ball Super, etc, and Gojo Satoru from Jujutsu Kaisen. One Punch Man season 3 is right around the corner, and since currently the manga is setting up some boring webcomic plot that NOONE cares about, today I will be taking the protagonist of One Punch Man and scaling him throughout his series. We will not only be determining how strong Saitama is, but see if he can actually one punch the majority or potentially, ALL of your favorite verses. We’ve not only had years to process his fight with Garou but we actually can scale him in the recent arc with Ninja Void after it went through an entire retcon. We will be determining how strong he is compared to other anime characters like Goku and Gojo, along with seeing where he’d also be in comparison to your other favorite superhero related universes. Now before we discuss Saitama's crazy scaling, we have to establish where he was before showing off his actual strength. You see, Saitama throughout the first 2 seasons of the anime and for about over 160 chapters of the manga, Saitama never actually tries. You see in the universe of One punch Man we have the average S Class hero being capable of taking out Demon level threats, the same beings who can threaten entire cities in scale. We see of course that these guys vary in power, with the strongest members scaling around Small Planet to Moon Level This is based on threats like Psykorochi and Sage Centipede being able to produce this level of energy based on a named attack or sheer size alone. Tatsumaki scales to Psykorochi at full power, while Garou is able to chop this Sage Centipede in half. However, these two cannot threaten Saitama, even when they’re doing their absolute best to try and kill him. Saitama as well by the end of Season 1 was able to take out a threat named Boros, where it was stated by Boros himself that Saitama was unfazed the entire time. This is the same guy who already was threatening the planet with his full power, and Saitama admitted to not needing to use his serious punch, as he just wanted to throw a finishing move to make himself look cool. Throughout the entire series and even with heavy hitters that appear later in the manga like Garou and Tatsumaki opposing him, Saitama never feels the need to try. Saitama usually has 3 modes that he fights in. His Casual Mode, which is just the normal saitama you see against super fodder characters. Normal Saitama, where he's throwing what he calls normal punches, and Serious Saitama, the version of him who's actually trying. Throughout pretty much the whole series, the most he’s really needed to throw was consecutive normal strikes. Now I wanted to establish this right away because this all leads into my biggest point in the entire video. Saitama is NOT a gag character, and is not someone who can genuinely one shot everyone in fiction. He is just genuinely so much stronger than everyone, that he can one punch everyone in his way. One specifically made Saitama have an end game level power at the start of the series to create a different type of tension. And we see that this aspect is actually something that affects Saitama and of course it ties with the main themes of heroism One Punch Man capitalizes on. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
