We have owned our 2024 Audi RS3 for over two years and have had a blast with it so far. Overall these are actually pretty reliable cars to own. Just make sure you keep up with the standard maintenance. Oil changes every year or 5k miles and like with any performance car, make sure it's warmed up before driving hard. There are plenty of good modifications available for the RS3, so it can really come alive! Build quality is pretty good overall and the RS3 is a car that holds value very well. Especially since the 2025 and 2026 RS3 are a bit more expensive then the original 8Y RS3, you can expect to find used ones around MSRP or even higher! We did well buying a brand new custom ordered 2024 for $65k. We can sell it for that or more all day long. The RS3 is easy to work on and you shouldn't see many drastic repairs in the first 50k miles. Over time you could see some oil leaks from the engine in higher mileage RS3 cars, but that doesn't seem to be too prevalent. Strut mounts could come lose and rattle over time and you'll probably have squealing brakes. The RS3 is a very high strung performance car, so treat it like that. They are also pretty small overall but can still fit a car seat in back. But just plan on sitting in the front passenger seat. But if you want to buy an Audi RS3, now is the time to buy! 2027 might be the last model year and we probably won't see this 5 cylinder turbo engine again!
