UPDATE 1: Turning on AFL in the output settings drops the lag for progressive inputs to a steady 17msec and 33msec for interlaced with no detrimental effect on the output vertical frequency. My initial attempt was amateur hour, as the custom 240p EDID I created was running at 58fps at best, which caused jarring frame skips.
