Chile Rellenos has always been one of my favorite dishes, but making them can be a lengthy process. Today, I will demonstrate a quick and easy way to enjoy the same flavors in less time. For this recipe, I used Queso Asadero, which is an excellent melting cheese, but you can substitute it with any cheese of your choice. You have the option to sauté shrimp with your favorite seasonings and add a layer of shrimp, making it as unique as you like.
