This delicious one pot fish stew (or fish soup) is so easy to make & tastes delicious, it's based on a recipe we used to teach at Jamie's Ministry Of Food. You can use most fish & shell fish for this recipe but steer clear of strong oily fish such as mackerel in this dish. Inspired by a traditional Greek dish Kakavia.. The stew will also freeze, so any left overs get them in containers & freeze for up to a month. Chapters & Ingredients below.
